This private-pay model allows her to spend the time she believes is essential to truly understand each patient and provide thoughtful, individualized care, that honors the whole person.

To keep scheduling simple and protect appointment time for all patients, a credit card is required to reserve your visit. Your card will be securely stored and used for payment after your appointment is completed. You will receive an emailed receipt at the end of each visit.

What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt for your visit that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. It includes the information insurers often request, such as dates of service, fees paid, provider details, and the clinical diagnosis codes (ICD-10) associated with your care.

Dr. Julia maintains full clinical independence in all treatment and referral decisions. She does not accept referral fees, commissions, or “kickbacks” from laboratories, diagnostic companies, pharmacies, or other providers. She also holds no ownership, financial partnership, or compensation arrangement with any clinicians or practices to whom she may refer patients. Recommendations are made exclusively in the patient’s best interest.
